From Midland Trail, turn onto Midland Blvd which is by Hardees in Shelbyville. Our center is located on the corner of Midland Blvd and Baker. Please park in the 2nd parking lot, which is the largest.
Shelbyville CTC specializes in the treatment of adults who wish to experience a comprehensive approach to opioid addiction by combining medication-assisted treatment with therapeutic interventions.
