4-H Issues Conference will be held November 15-18 at the Kentucky Leadership Center in Jabez. It is open to high school sophomores and juniors who have a commitment to improving their local community and have leadership skills that can help with local change efforts. At the conference participants learn the process skills needed to plan and carry out community programs which address local youth issues. They also have the opportunity to share their thoughts about those issues with youth from across Kentucky. The deadline to apply is October 10, 2018. The fee for 2018 is $215 which includes your room, meals and registration fees at the Leadership Center. The 4-H Council may pay for a portion of the fee to attend Issues Conference.
