Member to Member Discount Program
Being a member of the Shelby County Chamber is now more valuable than ever!
This program is designed to benefit our members in several ways; by encouraging our members to buy from one another, to boost sales for our members, and to save you and your business money.
There are currently over 300 Shelby County Chamber member businesses along with all their employees. The result is significant purchasing power that can positively impact your business.
Eligibility: There is no cost to participate in the program! All Chamber members in good standing are eligible to offer discounts under the program. All members & their employees are eligible to receive discounts.
Website: All approved member discounts will be posted on the Shelby County Chamber website (www.shelbycountykychamber.com) on the Member Deals & Discounts page. Members are responsible for submitting their offer either through their online account or by contacting the Shelby County Chamber office. Postings will define the offer and any additional terms or conditions (expiration date, restrictions, etc.). Members may require a coupon (printed from the website) be presented to redeem the discount.
Promotion: Offering members are encouraged to create signage in their place of business or through other means to inform customers of Member to Member discounts available.
The Chamber will promote the M2M discounts through various marketing materials in both print and electronic format, including, but not limited to new member packets, flyers, electronic newsletter, and social media postings.
Nature of the Offer: Discounts must have a defined value in the form of free or discounted services or merchandise. Terms and restrictions will be defined by the offering member and must be fully disclosed as part of the offer. Offers cannot be something that is also offered to the general public. Length of time the discount or special is offered may be unlimited or defined at the discretion of the offering member. Offers may be changed regularly and multiple discounts may be offered at the same time.
Maintenance and Updates: It is the sole responsibility of the offering member to maintain and update their Member Discount by notifying the Chamber or by updating the information on the website through their online account. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the offer, expiration dates, contact information, and other restrictions.
The Fine Print: The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to decline or remove any discount at any time. We may also change or cancel the Member to Member Discount program at any time. The Chamber assumes no responsibility for information pertaining to the individual offerings or the discount program that is outdated or incorrect.
